Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 pack Marie Biscuits
375mls condensed milk
Extra coconut for dusting

Method
Crush the biscuits until they’re down to a fine crumble texture. Then mix the cocoa, coconut and crushed Marie biscuits together.
Add the condensed milk and stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
Using slightly wet hands, roll the mixture into balls, size doesn’t really matter but the smaller they are the more you get! Roll in coconut before placing in fridge to harden.
As a quick alternative, flatten mixture into a slice or lamington pan, allow to set in fridge before cutting to desired size then place in freezer bag with extra coconut, shaking to dust them.

I would like to wish all of those - and there are around 100 of you a day - who are searching for this recipe for the christmas period the very best wishes and the safest and happiest of holidays. I really hope you enjoy these delightful balls as much as me and my family do.
Merry Christmas!
Cheers, Kelly

If you substitute malt biscuits it makes them even yummier. Merry Christmas :hat:

I know! So does adding a dash of your favorite liqueur. My choice is frangelico, although I think contreau would be good too….thanks for dropping a line! Merry christmas to you too.
    Cheers, Kelly

    Hi!
I’d been looking everywhere for a recipe like this for a Masters’ project (yes - you read right!!!), as I’m studying Occupational Therapy and thought that this recipe would be great for developing co-ordination, sensory stimulation and is easy to remember. Just four ingredients … and they’re bloody delicious (I like the Frangelico idea-Hmmm). Thanks Kelly - you’re the Goddess with the mostest!
