It’s been so long since I did one of these, why haven’t you guys kicked me up the bum for it hey?!
I’m feeling especially good this afternoon. Not because I got lucky last night - even though I did - and not because it’s the weekend tomorrow. Let’s face it, when your not working, the days all seem the same don’t they?!
Nope, I’m feeling good this Friday because of an online pre-employment test I did this morning. The following is an excerpt from the email I received shortly after completing this test:
As Figure 1 shows, your score on the test exceeded 94% of the sample of people working in a similar industry. This result suggests that in relation to this group, there is a high likelihood that critical thinking and problem solving are strengths of yours.
It was accompanied by the following image:
See that line there? That is where my results placed me in the comparison. Not bad hey? Unless of course the ’sample people working in a similar industry’ were indeed monkeys, in which case I’d be a bit scared…..but I’m choosing to ignore that possibility and pretend that the comparison was actually against a bunch of CEO’s..oh wait that probably isn’t much different to the monkeys is it?

Well came across your site trying to find something interesting to cook for Good Friday this year - big doo at home complete with catholic, jewish, agnostic and atheist friends and family - everyone (well most) enjoy seafood and well cooked soups and vegetables. The belly button thing - OMG just don’t go near mine - so now considering the other ladies comments there are offically three.
